Alex Tana

Alex Tana, the Director of the Company, graduated from University with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Anthropology and Sociology in the late 1970s. The first 12 years of professional life were spent working as a Museum Curator. His first 3 years spent in a national museum in Rome (Italy) and then 9 years in Brighton as the Keeper of Ethnography.

He then worked for one of the major international search and selection companies as a Human Resources Management Consultant. In that role he developed a substantial business and also tested the market for a new training venture. After nearly 5 years Alex decided to move on and launch his own training/consulting business. As business grew and developed Alex branched out into other activities starting another two companies which were later sold at a profit.

Since the very beginning, Alex has been adding new methodologies and products to the growing portfolio of services being offered to clients. In about 1998 he discovered the power of coaching, a methodology which has been one of his favoured techniques since then. Other methodologies added thereafter include mentoring, counselling and NLP. His learning process is still open to new options!

Over the last 15 years Alex has become a very successful, diversified, dynamic and powerful people and businesses development consultant. He uses training, business and personal coaching, mentoring and motivational speaking. His passion is to develop and empower people and businesses by giving them ownership of what they are doing and expanding their options and possibilities. In a sentence Alex’s mission is to turn any “ordinary” individual and business into “extraordinary” ones!
